I am not sure how anyone could give these shoes 5 stars. They are not as pictured. The soles are shined plastic. Not at all cute as pictured! They look cheap and not well made! They were shipped from China. I also am having a difficult time returning and getting a full refund.I am sure this review will insist on me giving at least one star- believe me- they are not even one star!
