Crafted nicely from the heel to the outside. Heel is a light brown color- rest of the shoe is a hue of black. Has a zipper up the side so it's easy to put your foot into. They are the perfect height- heel isn't too high or low and they fit true to size. They are comfortable- only thing I wish they had was a little more cushioning on the inside. Overall- they're a good pair of boots for all year.

I love these heels/boots. They are exactly as pictured. They have an amazing grip on the bottom that prevents slipping. The soles have a nice padding which prevents my feet from hurting. My toes are also not crushed inside these boots. I wear a size 8.5. I always order a size 9 in boots to make room for thicker socks. These boots fit perfectly. I can wear them all day without any pain. They are well made and a very nice quality. I would definitely recommend these boots.

These are cute boots, but the snakeskin section looks a little plastic-y close up (not unexpected given the reasonable price point). They're also a little stiff in that top part. Solid heel is comfortable enough for walking around, and it's not so high that you feel all your weight coming down on the front pad of your foot. The brown color I think has a bit of a “Western” vibe, but it works with either jeans or a casual dress.
