First, let me say I purchased these half a size bigger than normal for my daughter because they didn't have her actual size available. So we were expecting them to be slightly big in general. My daughter has an average width foot, not wide, not narrow. And these shoes were beyond difficult to get on. She says once they're on they're pretty comfortable and fit as expected, but if you have an average foot, getting them through the neck of the shoe/boot is a fight. It took both of us. As a result I doubt these will be her go to dress boots as I was hoping, which means the $50 spent was likely a waste of money. Simply putting a zipper at the back seam of the boot would have alleviated all of this. It's really quite disappointing. I will say she was happy with them once they were on, but they are such a pain both putting them on and getting them off. And a jewel has already fallen off and she hasn't done anything but wear them around the house for the last 20 minutes.

Literally tried them on and when taking them off a Gem came undone and fell off so I I have to hand sew it back on. Super cute shoes though and memory foam felt comfy
