They were well packed! the chain has a velcro but so u can take it on and off. the inside is a bit wider then i expected but works well for me. thick bottom to the boot and has an overall good quality feel

So these are very cute & fit as expected!I purchased a 7.5! My foot went right in without a struggle. Also wide feet friendly. I think if I got the 8 it would of been too big. But yes ladies, definitely go for it! These are a keeper for sure! It has great support on your ankles The chain is super cute & light weight the inside is soft n comfortable as well..you can dress these up or wear them with warm leggings an a flannel!I’ll add a picture soon
