I selected these boots as my previous pair had finally given out after several years of use and when they arrived I was definitely not disappointed. The boots are extremely well made and would potentially cost a lot more if found elsewhere as they are high quality beautiful boots that are extremely comfortable as well. I like that the manufacturer included extra insoles as that is extremely important when breaking in a new pair of shoes, as well as the wider heel as I am terrible with walking in just about anything smaller. The details like the buckles and material on the back just elevate these boots to a whole new level that I am extremely happy with. I could see myself wearing these daily for the rest of the Winter and probably well into Spring.
These are very nice tall boots. Well made and very comfortable. Easy to walk in too. I love the insole padding. It's thick. I got the brown crocodile. It's a pretty color with some texture at the back of the boot. I do feel that those with wide calves might find the boot tight. I don't have wide calves and they feel snug on me. There are elastic gores though, so that should help. With the boots came extra insoles, in case the fit isn't right. I got 4 inserts. I didn't need them, but nice to have. I truly appreciate that! They are wonderfully designed boots. I really like them and highly recommend.
